Michael Fleddermann

The German actor Michael Fleddermann and the Swiss watch manufacturer Chrono Diamond have a very tight partnership, cooperating often. The brand ambassador is an inherent part in the German TV landscape but can also look back at several movies. It’s about time that we take a closer look at the Chrono Diamond watches he likes to wear regularly – they are even featured in his latest headshots.

We were told that the Furia is the longstanding favorite of Michael Fleddermann. Since the actor became a brand ambassador for Chrono Diamond, he wears this chronograph obsessively – time and again. This watch convinces with its unique design and bold lines. The stainless steel case sports a diameter of 45 mm, sitting prominent on the wrist.
The dial doesn’t need indexes but features intense contrasts. The chronograph functions are assigned to a central seconds hand and two subdials – Chono Diamond placed the minute-counter at 9 o’clock and the hour-counter at 12 o’clock. A splash of red makes for a nice accent, loosening up the rigorous design.

The Chrono Diamond Argos is also a chronograph, but differs very much in its demeanor. The Argos is more elegant and with a diameter of 44 mm is makes a more understated appearance. Chrono Diamond has designed the dial also much more restrained and even with its three subdials the chronograph is easily readable. Depending on the version one chooses (there are 12 different in total) the Argos presents itself a little more elegant or sporty. This watch seems to be a fitting choice for every occasion and for everyone.

And we were told that Michael Fleddermann has a third timepiece from Chrono Diamond he wouldn’t want to miss: the Okeanos in all black. On the first glance this watch seems to differ from the first two fundamentally, but the Okeanos is also a classic chronograph with a traditional face. In this watch, Chrono Diamond has also spread the chronograph functions over three different subdials that are standing out beautifully against the backdrop of the structured dial. Thanks to the polished indexes and hands, the Okeanos is easily legible.
The black PVD-coated stainless steel case measures 41 mm in diameter and is the smallest of the three models.

All of the models we introduced here are powered by a reliable Swiss made quartz movement and feature the eponymous two diamonds on the dial.
